Is it that hard to rain the way it rained the 1st 2 week of september rawr.
I don't want to get the "Down in a Blaze of Glory" award dots. (well unless it doesn't guarantee me a B- and below, then maybe i shall consider).

This sucks.
But god says (or David says) to give me and my group & everyone else (or SX as well to get better ideas than to get people to smile) another chance...project deadline postponed to a week later woOohO & it's e-learning week next week so more time to do my project(S) yayyys.

And i thought e learning week means I can just attend 3 days of schoOl (turns out have i have to go back to school on 4 days @#$%.) it's not e-learning week...it's like the same argh.

i'm a grumpy old fart now hahas. cos i'm supposed 2 be reading the books i borrowed ytd but i'm still procrastinating (yes week 7 & still such an attitude...it's beyond repair.)

i dunno how my neck hurt the whole day today (must be bad sleeping posture again).
I'm procrastinating by refusing to spend more effort on my quali project (oh god this seriously sucksss).
there's only 2 days left to school and i only have that to get up myself and going.

had this habit of sleeping in the early night time (8+-10pm) and then waking up and then found myself very awake until like 2+am omgggg.
had a couple of dreams just now during my short nappie and the last mini dream i remembered was telling my mum i wanted to see penguins, dolphins, whales and sea monkeys (?!?!)

And there was rock band playing next to us LOLS. and i was saying penguins only come out in winter (but we can't be waiting for it in winter; we'll freeze to death!) She was like looking around telling me she doesn't spot any single thing; i told her it's impossible with the band and the loud noise. At the same time, I was desperately looking for sea monkeys (!?!), hoping to catch a glimpse of them...

Apparently this location in my dream is not the Singapore Zoo..it's some really dark open space with ice blocks floating around and gusts of wind that send shivers to my bones. Amazing right, my dream hahahhas.

When I woke up, I googled 'sea monkey' and damn, it was just a species of a brine (saltwater) shrimp like wth...i was actually expecting to see monkeys swimming in the dream. So much for sea monkeys...

BORING.

This dream has no connection, except for dolphins and whales cos i thought of going Australia this december and rock bands; watched a few dramas with rock bands in them. But that's it; how did sea monkeys come out?!

It was my 1st visit to the national lib with my JS proj mates and my, is the speed of the lift fast lOls.

The reference section @ level 11 is soO coOl. The ceiling is like endlessly high and becos of their ceiling-to-floor glass panels, the whole place just looks so bright, spacious and very fashionably conducive for studying.
There's even a cushioned bench area @ one end where you can take a read & admire the city. That's aweeeesomee. There was a guy doing that and it felt so laidback and nice to spend some time with yourself.

Apparently we enjoy taking the lift!
Went up to the top level 14, you can see the warm rays stretching out as the sun began to set and then when you go all the way to ground level, the sky and the surroundings became shockingly dim...it's so COOL lols.. in a matter of like 5-10 seconds.

It'll be just as awesome when you take a plane ride in the late afternoOn as it touches down in the evening.

Then this horrible uncle who shouted at me "YOU don't even know where you want to go AR!" (apparently we're waiting for the 'partial glass' lift so we didn't bother boarding the one opposite & it kept opening for us to enter because i pressed the 'up' button twice & no one else was calling for the lift from above)...like it's his business because he's going down, not up dots...and shout so loud in a lib somemore omg.

Anyways, Bugis Food Junction doesn't have the Tempura stall unlike the one @ Raffles City. The Raffles City foodcourt is my new townside haunt where there's so much cheaper and good foOd (ample space somemore; dun need to wait for people to finish eating @ mealtimes)...but Felle was saying that's the Scotts foodcourt Beef Noodle stall @ bugis..altho i kinda forgot what that taste like but i rmb-ed my parents brought me there before lolsss.

Food Junction is now putting some thought into their decorations. Food courts never looked this good! Honestly, I was quite disappointed with MOF's dessert cos when it came to us, it was melting like crazy hmmm, perhaps cos they're too busy. I guess i still prefer Azabu Sabo lOlsss.


And you'll wonder "i thought this is a project meeting?" LOLs. It was, for the last half hour before we decided to go home. It was just so great a time that it flies really quickly today (usually I have a 3rd round; like a drink/ coffee =X) but I guess we spent too much time @ the library & waiting @ MOF.

I realize I miss Soup Spoon after seeing it @ Bugis. Who wants to go with meeeeeee?

The creator of Crayon Shinchan, Yoshito Usui's body was identified on 20 September 2009 =(. They said he might have fell over while attempting to take a picture from a cliff.

I don't really know much abt the author but he was one who gave birth to such an irritating but irresistibly cute character, at least in my opinion and formed quite the bulk of my late pri school- early sec skoO days spending time in front of the TV with my brother. I had 12 volumes of Crayon Shinchan still in my cupboard...altho quite a number are repeated episodes, it's still ridiculous and funny~

Back then I was watching the show for entertainment but today I know Shinchan grew up in a typical salaryman family (but living in the suburbs) so it's like witnessing typical Japanese nuclear family trying to attain MC/ hegemonic status & the lil squabbles in their supposedly boring and normal lives (still got 32 years of mortgage to be paid LOL that's what the father always stress.)

oh mansss....the drama is one of the cutest dramas (cos some of the actors are cute toO =p).

but it's reasonable, affordable Ah Yat @ Orchard Central Level 5!
Right now till October they have discount coupons when you order some of their dishes~
Char Siew Ramen with small whole abalone is around $15 *nods nods it's that affordable!*
and they also have dim sum specials from 2.30pm- 5pm~~

Which explains the huge crowd waiting outside (as if the restaurant is throwing 50% discount storewide)..but of course just for this, you save like $11~

I'm not a fan of baked rice...so it gets very boring after eating half the portion. But the abalone is not bad...apparently they're able to afford it cheaply because it's bred locally.

Finally moving my butt and heading back to school tomorrow to select some academic reads and do my education project. Although it's basically content analysis on CME textbooks, I feel quite excited doing it lOls.

No mid term exams but 5 projects/papers to hand in..yes whining again. Perhaps it's the 1st time I feel quite directionless/ unsure as to whether my topics are ever feasible/ deserve an award type.

Everything just seemed so flawed and unready. I haven got that sense of enlightenment/ oomph/ eureka like last sem.

finally ate @ tampines one's jap restaurant. the other i tried with this "marche" concept was shokudo but this one smells better lOlsss..
Shokudo smelt like there's too much BBQ-ing going on altho i felt their decorations are nicer compared to this one.

Likewise, both of them are equally ice freezing cold.

The tuna tomato spaghetti was niceeee.
mayb cos i like canned tuna bits =P.

Ratings: 8/10 becos portion is too small so minus 2 marks!

Because their fruit tart is too ex, cherylene & I shared the strawberry choc one..hmm Okie Okie but they all looked so pretty...feel like bringing all of them home. 1 whole tart is like $75 lehs =(
and they have this earl grey tea she bought that taste like chinese herbal tea lOls...

And my soci lecturer actually embarrassed me twice this whole week! The whole class was laughing on Monday about one of my comments and him taking a dig at it...Just this morning, the whole LT was laughing cos he brought it up again and he said "Oh it was you who said that" noOOOoo. i felt those who laughed the loudest were my classmates or smth lolss.

Then after class he said, "I hope you don't mind me having brought it up"

oh my. is this retribution for killing a moth and spending the past week squandering my time on true blood? Now i feel a bit like shit lOls. BTW, the NUS University Health Centre/ UHC has no toilet! the doc was doing nothing much...he gave me useless med.
and today the private doc also said the same thing "so what can i get for you" argh dots. are doctors that unfriendly these days....the NUS doc also asked the same of my friend, as if we're kicking up a fuss for no reason boohoos.

now he came up with 6 types of medicine (i've never had 6 types for food poisoning and 5 types pertain to my diarrhoea/ stomache solely). O.O gosh.
